Peter Schmitter, Swiss pastry chef and shop owner, has over 25 years of professional experience behind him, which started with his apprenticeship under one of the finest pastry chefs in Switzerland.

Established in 1993, the Wildewood Pastry Shop has been held in high regard for its high quality.

We take pride in the wedding cakes we hand-craft for each customer.  It is not only the elegant exterior of the cake that is important to us, but that the cake also tastes exceptionally delicious. Our cakes are made the day of the wedding, in our shop to ensure our customers get the freshest cakes possible. The use of fondant imported from Switzerland not only decorates a cake beautifully but provides the best quality and taste.
